Independent Commercial Finance LTD was established solely to provide finance packages for the retail customers of European Vehicle Sales Ltd truck and trailer sales.

The vision of Richard Mills, founder and Managing Director of both EVS Ltd and ICF finance Ltd, was to assist the haulage industry with quick and efficient finance packages which cut out a lot of traditional red tape. After having had 15 years of experience operating trucks in UK haulage we understand the needs and requirements of the industry in the current economic climate.

Funding is sourced from our own group of companies which means that we do not have to answer to any third party financiers. This allows us to offer finance packages not just to established companies with good accounts but to other customers who may be new start ups or possibly have a poor credit history. We prefer to invest in the people behind the deals and not just what appears on the balance sheets and credit scores. We believe that anything is possible with the right vision.
